A 1-person private office is currently available, month-to-month after the first three months with all amenities of our coworking space (hi-speed Wi-Fi, free coffee, good people...). Includes mail reception. We can provide furniture, or you can bring your own. Learn more about our private offices. $750/mo.

Bring your laptop and grab any available desk, standing or sitting. OR, for an additional fee of $75, choose a desk and we’ll put your name on it. Your membership is 24/7 so use your plan during evenings or weekends too. BONUS: no extra charge to make OfficeXpats your business address and receive mail.

Choose either 20 or 50 “anytime” hours per month; use your backdoor code to access the office 24/7. Drop in whenever you need to, for a full day or just a few hours here and there. Check your profile online for remaining hours on your plan.

Pavilion Fitness is a small gym adjacent to the coworking space, offering treadmills, ellipticals, stationary cycling, and muscle-building circuit training. Access to locker rooms and showers included. Get your unique access code for anytime workouts (whenever the Pavilion is open). For a limited time, a charter membership is only $49 plus tax as stand alone membership, or $35 as add-on to any coworking membership.

Unlike many parts of the island, we are lucky to have reliable high-speed fiber internet, the same as City Hall, the schools, and the library through a local internet provider and offering net neutrality.
Choose your work environment
Sitting, standing or lounging on a sofa, it’s your choice. We even have a slow speed treadmill desk for when you watch a webinar, or maybe when on a Zoom call (if you don’t have to be visible). What might you try for a little extra movement in your work day? Need a monitor, a keyboard, or a mouse? A headset or a different chair? Ask anyone on our team of ambassadors (often at the front desk) for help in choosing what makes you comfortable and productive.
Enjoy organic coffee
Free coffee and tea for you and your guests. Sodas and snacks on the honor system. And about that coffee… for over a decade we’ve purchased local organic shade-grown fair-trade coffee from Grounds for Change, a B Corp.
Explore Weekly Events
Try our in-person or virtual SPRINTS and commit to some focus time on a project of your choice… but in the company of others for a little camaraderie and accountability. MONDAY MORNING CHECK-IN is another way to leverage a small group of regulars who post their to-do’s and celebrate milestones. Our WRITERS GROUPS have in-person and virtual opportunities to share their work for feedback and ideas. Then, on most Thursdays, we MEET UP for drinks and snacks in the late afternoon to share stories and just get to know each other. See all events.
